Canfor Pulp Products Inc. has appointed Stephen Mackie as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2024. The announcement was made Tuesday by John Baird, Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.
Mackie, a seasoned leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the forest products industry, has been with Canfor for almost two decades. Baird highlighted Mackie’s extensive operational background and deep understanding of fibre dynamics in British Columbia as key assets in his new role.
