Builders FirstSource has announced the acquisition of Truckee Tahoe Lumber Company, a family-owned business that has served the Northern Sierra-Nevada region since 1931.
Truckee Tahoe Lumber Company provides high-quality lumber, building materials, and expert design services across its seven locations.
That local leadership includes Andrew Cross, president and CEO, and Ira Cross, vice president. Both represent the fourth generation of the Cross family in the business.
Headquartered in Irving, Texas, Builders FirstSource is the largest U.S. supplier of building products, prefabricated components, and value-added services to the professional market segment for new residential construction and repair and remodeling.
